Are you struggling to get into ketosis and reap the healing benefits of a ketogenic lifestyle? Ketosis is a metabolic state, a chemistry shift, not dirty diet. Achieving and maintaining ketosis can be challenging, especially in the early stages or if you have major metabolic damage. In this blog post, I will share my top three biohacks that have helped me on my journey to ketosis, and I am sure will help you as well. Dr. Boz Pucker Up Ketones has been a valuable tool in my quest for ketosis and metabolic health. These ketones are the first line of defense when you need help. This is the quickest and easiest way to get ketones in circulation when you need them quickly. These exogenous ketones provide an instant source of ketones to the body, helping to kickstart ketosis or provide a boost when needed. The deeper the metabolic damage in your body, the harder it is to stay in ketosis, and head off the "Keto Flu."
These Exogenous ketones can be especially helpful during the initial stages of transitioning into a ketogenic diet when your body is still adapting to using ketones as fuel.
