Today is Thursday, and it’s a busy workday as we prepare for the new students joining the 21-Day Metabolic Kickstart (21DMK) with Dr. Boz. I absolutely love this twice-a-year reset because it’s not just a chance for me to help others—it’s a time when my own health takes a powerful shift.
The focus and accountability of this reset are game-changers. However, I want to be honest and share my current numbers because they are way too high for healing mode, even though I’ve been eating according to plan. Here’s where I stand today:
- Blood Glucose (BG): 105
- Blood Ketones (BK): 0.4
- Dr. Boz Ratio (DBR): 262 (far from where it needs to be)
- Ate Dinner at 5pm (way too late for me)
While my meals are on track, I’ve been eating too late in the day, which is holding my progress back. My goal is to close my eating window by 2 PM daily and get my DBR well under 100. This small shift in timing may not seem like a big deal, but it’s proof that little habits can have a huge impact on your healing journey.
This process is about mastering the steps, one by one, and learning how the small tweaks in your routine can lead to incredible results. Even as a coach, I constantly revisit these lessons, push myself, and focus on getting my body into true healing mode.
I want to encourage you to watch what happens during this 21DMK (starting Monday) as I make these adjustments. Even with my stubborn, broken body, my numbers will improve, my chemistry will shift, and I’ll be one step closer to a healing DBR. This is the lesson I want you to take with you: every step matters, no matter how small it may seem.
This is what I love about being a coach. Being able to see your health journey with fresh eyes, seeing where we can adjust your course of action. We can build a focused plan to help you reach your goals. This is what I really enjoy doing.
Let’s walk this journey together—one habit, one step, one breakthrough at a time.
With love and determination,
Tammie 💕

I feel like my journey is aligning with yours right now. My meals are on track but I’m not experiencing numbers that put me into healing mode either. I need to do exactly what you’re doing, making those small shifts and challenging my metabolism. I’ve had some troubles getting into the right mindset to do these things. You’re example is encouraging me!
Tina, this is exactly why we are doing this. We all need the encouragement to make our health a priority. You can do this. Those small little steps in cleaning up your chemistry can make all the difference in the world to your healing journey. Let’s cheer each other on through this reset!!! Look out sardines and fasting…here we come. You can do it! 🩷 Coach Tammie
It never works for me to eat much later than 1 or 2 either. I am committed to getting back on track as well. I want to do sardines next week. This will be a real test on fat absorption but I am going to give it a try. I have been slowly bumping up the fat each day and have done fair. A little tummy discomfort but my stools appear to be back to normal and no more oil slicks lol… Also no more ice cream bars ugh… got to get my head back in the game!
Welcome back sister. So glad you are back in the game. We got this! Stay focused and take care of YOU. Remember, YOU matter! ❤️ Coach Tammie.
